DEZPIXELS is Alvaro Garcia’s (digital media designer since 2002) personal portfolio.
Having worked in different studios across Madrid, in Motion Graphics and Flash developer, i’ve spent four years at the head of the departemnt for Digital Media, aswell as co-founder for the studio formerly known as Domot Antistudio.
Among my previuos clients I have also developed proyects for: Seat, Repsol, Unipapel, Renfe, Ayuntamiento de Madrid, Ministerio de Educación, Plan Ong, La Fabrica Editorial, Notodo, Pong-Musiq, Retronouveau, Henry Saiz, Intermon Oxfam, Arsys, Cuatro Records..
My work has been published in such publications as the prestigious German magazine Novum Mgzn, or reference book: “Design index by content” (vol 3 and 4) and I have given workshops and masterclasses about graphic design, introduction to web & multimedia, flash & typographic design.
No doubt the engine that moves my work is music, alternating my work as a designer with the musician, facet that i develope since I can remember.
As of now I live & work freelance in Barcelona and after work in big agencies like Psycle Interactive or Arista, I´m searching for new full-time oportunities.
